Why Are We Doing This?
Think of a Google account like a key ring for a store. Each store should have its own key ring with its name on it — so anyone can look at it and know exactly which store it belongs to.
Names Didn't Match
Some accounts had old brand names (like "Colorado River Superstore" or "CRF") that nobody uses anymore. If you saw the email, you wouldn't know it was Anderson.
Two Stores, One Account
Honda and Chevrolet were sharing one Google account. That's like two stores sharing one key ring — if you change a lock for one store, it can mess up the other.
One Recovery Contact
All 7 stores used the same person's phone number and email to recover their accounts. If that person left, nobody could get back into any of the accounts.
What we're fixing:
- Every store gets its own Google account that matches its name
- Honda and Chevrolet get separated into their own accounts
- Multiple people are added as recovery contacts (so one person leaving doesn't lock everyone out)
- All Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Search Console) live under the right account
